Former WWE superstar Matt Riddle has taken aim at CM Punk in a bombshell interview with TMZ.
The 39-year-old left the WWE back in September 2023 and has since tried to forge a wrestling career on the independent scene.
Before entering the wrestling business in 2015, Riddle was an accomplished MMA fighter and even reached the promised land of the UFC. However, his time with the company was cut short after failing a drugs test for marijuana.
Another wrestler who tried to make a name in the UFC was CM Punk, though Riddle does not have pleasant words to say about the current WWE star.
“I have good friends on the roster that still say he’s a b*tch to work with,” he told TMZ.
“If he didn’t generate the amount of money and attention that he does, he wouldn’t be there.
“Kudos to him, the guy packs an arena, he sells tickets, he sells merchandise… Right now, hats off to him, he’s killing it.”
Riddle also fired shots at Punk’s in-ring ability, adding, “I think his better days of wrestling are way behind him. That’s not a knock… I can tell you that he’s definitely not either, especially with all the botches.”

Riddle making bank on OnlyFans
The former WWE superstar launched his very own OnlyFans page last June, and revealed it has been a success from a financial perspective.
Riddle ranks among the top creators on the platform with his official ‘brOnlyFans’ page.
“People don’t like to admit this, but a lot of gay men watch professional wrestling, and the gay men find me extremely attractive,” he said.
“I post pictures on there, I don’t do anything crazy. People ask me to, but i’m not going to. This is art, I show it off a little bit. I don’t get crazy, I have fun.”
When it comes to making money from OnlyFans, Riddle said: “I’ll be honest, the money is real. I’m crushing.”
