Former WWE star Matt Riddle makes WILD claim about CM Punk's wife

Former WWE and UFC star Matt Riddle has caused another stir online after suggesting AJ Lee – the wife of CM Punk – ‘got around’ during her time with the company.

The 39-year-old has been active on the independent scene following his departure from WWE. He has also earned a substantial amount of money on OnlyFans.

Riddle is not exactly known for keeping opinions to himself, and he did not pull any punches when talking about CM Punk and AJ Lee on a recent podcast appearance.

Despite saying he has no beef with the two individuals in question, that did not prevent him from making some wild accusations.

“CM Punk’s a bitch,” he said on TMZ’s ‘Inside The Ring’ podcast.

“He can’t beat me in a fight. If he wants to step up he can meet me in a bare-knuckle boxing fight. He can meet me in an MMA cage. Whatever, dude. It doesn’t matter.”

Riddle went on to call CM Punk a ‘creep’ due to the amount of time the multi-time WWE champion spends at NXT – WWE’s developmental brand.

He added: “I have no ill will towards CM Punk. I bet he’s a nice enough guy if you agree with him.

“I think he’s fake and I think he’s a creep and that’s coming from me and people think I’m a creep. I feel like he’s just lingering around the NXT locker room a little too much.”

CM Punk’s wife AJ Lee also come up during the conversation.

The 38-year-old is a former Divas champion and has been retired from WWE since 2015.

Since leaving the wrestling business, AJ Lee has written comic books and appeared in a number of TV shows.

“AJ, you know, I have no problems with her,” said Riddle.

“She never stepped into it. I mean, to be fair, and I’m not one to talk, but she did get around from what I heard but no disrespect to that. People like to hook up and if that’s the worst thing she did, whatever, dude. I’ve done it too.”
