Dana White has revealed the UFC contacted the FBI within minutes of Isaac Dulgarian’s defeat at UFC Vegas 110, describing the gambling patterns surrounding the fight as “unusual” and “very serious.”
The 29-year-old featherweight was a heavy favorite to beat Cuba’s Yadier del Valle on Saturday but lost by first-round submission. Within hours, the UFC dismissed Dulgarian and launched a betting integrity review with its monitoring partner, IC360.
UFC alerted to ‘unusual action’ before Dulgarian fight
“Probably about one o’clock that day, we’re with a company called IC360, and they are the best bet monitoring company in the business,” White told TMZ Sports.
“They reached out to us, and they told us that there was some unusual action going on with that fight.”
White said the UFC immediately called the fighter and his lawyer to find out what was happening.
“We didn’t [know anything], so what we did was we called the fighter and his lawyer and said, ‘What’s going on? There’s some weird betting action going on in your fight. Are you injured? Do you owe anybody money? Has anybody approached you?’ And the kid said, ‘No, absolutely not. I’m gonna kill this guy.’”
“So we said OK. The fight plays out — first-round finish by rear-naked choke. Literally, the first thing we did was call the FBI.”

White confirmed he has already met twice with federal agents and spoken directly with FBI Director Kash Patel.
“I talked to [FBI Director Kash Patel] this morning, but then we just had an office full of FBI agents in here,” he said.
Rumors quickly surfaced online suggesting hundreds of UFC fights were under investigation, something White was quick to dismiss.
“Now you see people out there talking, ‘Oh, there are hundreds of fights under investigation.’ It’s total bulls***. Total usual clickbait bulls***,” he said.
“We take this very seriously, and we’re watching every single fight that happens in the UFC from the first prelim to the main event,” he said.
The UFC’s integrity partner is now conducting a full review of the Dulgarian vs Del Valle bout, while the Nevada Athletic Commission is expected to withhold Dulgarian’s purse until that process concludes.
Still crazy to me Dulgarian gets so deep on the hips and shot a perfect takedown off the del valle lowkick and just doesn’t drive for the takedown
If Dulg was “injured” and couldn’t have any drive on his takedowns then why the fuck would he shoot a perfect one 10 seconds into?? pic.twitter.com/lBu0qlJGZq

White meets FBI and vows to ‘go guns blazing’
White then issued a sharp warning to any fighters involved in fixing matches. “We will immediately go after you, guns a blazing, with the FBI and whoever else we need to get. We will do everything we can to make sure you go to prison,” he said.
He also criticized athletes who only spoke up about approaches after the scandal broke. “It’s really weird that fighters are coming out now saying they were approached and they’re gonna be approached now by the FBI,” he said.
White stopped short of accusing Dulgarian directly but admitted the optics are troubling. “I’m not saying this kid’s guilty — there’s no proof that he’s done this yet — but I can tell you this, it doesn’t look good. It definitely doesn’t look good.”
“I hate to see anybody in our sport do anything illegal,” he added, “but fight fixing is absolutely insane.”
