Justin Bieber turned a laid-back celebrity futsal match into a viral highlight reel when he hit a ball from near half-court straight into a basketball hoop.
The 31-year-old singer was playing at SRGN Studios in Los Angeles for The League, a star-filled indoor competition co-founded by commissioner Ron Abaekobe.
It only took one kick for the room to lose its mind as the futsal ball flew across the court and dropped clean through the hoop.
Players sprinted toward him, fans screamed, and phones went up everywhere. For a few seconds, it felt more like a concert encore than a game of futsal.
The “UnBeliebable” shot
Even Bieber looked stunned. He laughed as teammates surrounded him, soaking up the chaos as the clip spread online within minutes. Whether it was pinpoint accuracy or blind luck didn’t really matter.
Futsal, for anyone wondering, is a faster, indoor version of soccer played on a hard surface with five players per team. The smaller ball rewards tight control and quick thinking, both of which he clearly has in his locker.

Justin Bieber’s soccer roots
This wasn’t some random one-off, either. Bieber has loved soccer since he was a kid and still plays regularly in Los Angeles celebrity leagues, including runs with Skylrk FC and Churchome League.
He’s also shown support for professional clubs over the years, wearing FC Barcelona gear and even repping Charlotte FC merch. Earlier this year, he teamed up with Adidas for a football-inspired sneaker release.
And when he’s not playing, he’s often watching — whether that’s hockey rinks, NBA courtside seats, or now the futsal court.
The Canadian star has always blurred the line between sports and entertainment. He might headline arenas one week and show up at a pickup game the next.
That half-court strike felt like the perfect mix of both worlds: part athlete, part showman, completely in his element. One kick, one hoop, and another reminder that Justin Bieber doesn’t just perform — he puts on a show.
