Travis Kelce and brother Jason Kelce have revealed there is “pressure on” the former to have kids with Taylor Swift on the latest episode of their podcast.
Kansas City Chiefs star Kelce’s relationship with global pop sensation Swift is a source of entertainment for fans of both the NFL and the singer’s music.
They most recently made waves when announcing their engagement on social media.
Kelce admitted his “palms were sweating” as he geared up to ask Swift to marry him in August. Sources have suggested the wedding is likely to be in early 2026.
The NFL season ends in early January, and Swift will find herself with some more downtime than she had a year ago given her popular Eras tour ended in late 2024.
With more time spent together, the potential of kids has been floated.
Speaking on New Heights, Kelce’s older brother Jason suggested Travis was the favourite in the eyes of their mother, which the Kansas City star denied, given his brother has kids.
“Mom’s always had Travis number one. I do know,” Jason said.
Travis hit back, saying: “Listen, right now, Mom has Jason number one because he has kids.”
Jason then responded: “That is true. She has said that. She has made that comment. She’s put some pressure on him.”
After getting married, kids seems the obvious next step, but whether pressure from Kelce’s mother will push that process along remains to be seen.
