Jordon Hudson has escalated her feud with journalist Pablo Torre, filing a lawsuit after months of tension over his reporting on her connection to the North Carolina Tar Heels.
Hudson, who is dating former NFL coach Bill Belichick, confirmed the move in an Instagram post. She ended a message with a short sign-off: “P.S. I’m suing you,” directed at Torre.
Jordon Hudson takes legal action
Torre previously claimed Hudson had been “essentially banned” from the Tar Heels’ facility, a report the university pushed back on.
Hudson responded at the time by wearing a necklace that read “banned,” calling his claims “slanderous” and “factually incorrect.” She later deleted the post but continued to dispute the reporting.
Torre stood by his work and invited her onto his podcast, suggesting the deleted messages only added to the confusion surrounding the story.
Hudson’s lawsuit marks the most serious development in their back-and-forth, though neither party has commented further since the filing.
Hudson turns heads at UNC–Duke
Away from the legal battle, Hudson made a high-profile appearance at UNC’s rivalry game against Duke on Saturday.
The 24-year-old arrived in a blue snakeskin mini dress, white knee-high boots, and a Carolina-blue ram horn headpiece, immediately drawing cameras inside the stadium.

She watched the game from a luxury suite alongside NFL legend Lawrence Taylor. One familiar face was missing, though.
Jennifer Belichick, Hudson’s usual game-day companion and Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law, was not present.
Hudson remained in good spirits throughout the afternoon, cheering from the box and posing for photos with fans.
Hudson and Belichick’s relationship
Jordon and Bill have been together since he arrived at UNC earlier this year.
Needless to say, the pairing of a 24-year-old former cheerleader and a 73-year-old football icon has generated steady attention throughout the season.
Belichick has not addressed the lawsuit or the ongoing tension around Hudson’s involvement with the program.
