NFL legend Tom Brady ended up getting roasted by two of his former teammates after posting a seemingly innocuous photo on Instagram.
The iconic New England Patriots quarterback took to social media to show off his recent golf outing with eldest son, John ‘Jack’ Moynahan.
It didn’t take long for fans to notice a major development in the Brady family, simply from looking at the photo.
The comments section was flooded with fans pointing out that Brady was officially surpassed by his son in height.
This quickly led a couple of Brady’s former teammates – Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski – to add fuel to the fire.
“Is Jack standing on something?” commented Evans, who won a Super Bowl with Brady in Tampa Bay. “Besides business lol.”
Gronk added: “Jack is way more beastly than you.”

Jack’s height has often been a topic which Brady has touched on publicly. A couple of years ago, for instance, the pair posted a back-to-back photo to try and examine how much height the 6-foot-4 Brady still had over his son.
While Jack is now officially taller than his dad, Brady can still boast sporting supremacy in the household having won seven Super Bowls.
Brady continues to hit the headlines
Earlier this month, Brady travelled to the Gillette Stadium in New England where his statue was unveiled.
The bronze tribute to Brady stands at 12 feet tall and honors his iconic jersey number.
A big crowd turned out for the ceremony, with both Robert Kraft and Brady addressing the crowd.
Kraft called Brady the ‘greatest NFL player of all time’ and said the statue was a way to ‘immortalize’ him. Brady responded with heartfelt gratitude and hallmark humor.
“I feel extremely honored, deeply grateful and, if I’m being honest, kind of old,” said the former Patriot. “This is the first time in my life Boston sportswriters will describe me as chiseled.”
He also took a hilarious shot at Jets fans, saying the statue would give them something to throw beers at as they leave the stadium—’probably in the second quarter, maybe the third.’
