SERENA WILLIAMS SHARES RARE PRIVATE GLIMPSE IN TENNIS LESSON WITH DAUGHTER ADIRA

Serena Williams has shared a rare glimpse of daughter Adira on the tennis court, posting new photos of the two-year-old learning the basics of the game.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion uploaded a short carousel on Monday, showing Adira dressed in tennis whites and holding a mini racket. Williams wrote, “This is me sharing my passion for tennis with my youngest daughter.”

Adira arrived in 2023, and Williams has kept her largely out of the spotlight, with most family posts centring on her older daughter Olympia.

The new images drew instant reaction from fans as Adira tried to copy Williams’ swing.

Williams often finds chances to step back onto the court, and she guided Adira through simple ball-striking drills during the session.

Fans often see daughter Olympia on the court, but this post gave them the first real glimpse of Adira in action.

Williams welcomed Adira with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, in August 2023. The pair also share eight-year-old Olympia, who has frequently appeared courtside and even trained with her mother during Williams’ final seasons on the WTA Tour.

Life after tennis for Serena Williams

Since stepping away from professional tennis in 2022, Williams has taken on a busy mix of business, media, and family life.

She launched her makeup brand Wyn Beauty, expanded Serena Ventures, and continued her work in fashion and philanthropy.

She has also spoken often about wanting to spend more time with her daughters after two decades at the top of the sport.

Serena Williams career highlights

Williams retired as one of the most decorated athletes in history. Her Grand Slam haul includes seven Australian Opens, seven Wimbledons, six US Opens, and three French Opens.

She also won four Olympic gold medals, spent 319 weeks as world No. 1, and helped transform the popularity of tennis worldwide.

Her rivalries with sister Venus Williams, Maria Sharapova, and Justine Henin shaped an entire era.

Perhaps most impessive of all was her 2017 Australian Open victory, achieved while pregnant with Olympia.
