LIVVY DUNNE’S LATEST ATTENTION GRAB INVOLVES A BUBBLE BATH AND NO CLOTHES

Social-media star and former LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne is at it again, after stripping off to plunge into a bathtub on the Rose Bowl Field to promote betting.

Dunne is no stranger to PR stunts and this one involved a bath, bubbles, a rubber duck, a totally empty stadium and some diamond earrings (because everyone bathes in them, don’t they?).

The advert for Fanatics Sportsbook has clearly done the trick with over 3 million views on their X account alone. Although it is unclear whether Dunne has ever unlocked a ‘Gameday Guarantee’, placed a wager or actually understands what she is talking about.

‘It’s not everyday you sit in a bubble bath on the 50yd line explaining sports betting,’ Dunne said.

She ends with a Dad joke: “Think your sportsbook beats all that?…sorry to burst your bubble.” Coz she’s in a bath, geddit?

Gaming chief marketing officer, Selena Kalvaria, explained the promotion by removing all the fun from it.

“As a disruptor brand, Fanatics Sportsbook is rewriting the category playbook,” she said.

“By leveraging the power of Fanatics and working with a cultural force like Livvy, we’re telling our story in a way that expands our reach with existing betting audiences—and speaks to new ones, too.

“With Livvy, we have a national champion showing up in unexpected ways to explain what makes Fanatics Sportsbook different, and more rewarding, for sports fans.”

The national champion is racking up quite a suite of sponsors and admirers since retiring from the gym mat.

The 22-year-old Dunne has posed for the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, has been snapped in various bikinis and most recently did some gymnastics by Lake Oconee.

Dunne has been in a relationship with Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes since August 2023 and can be regularly seen at matches, usually in an eye-catching outfit.

She is now reportedly one of the highest earning influencers with various name, image and likeness deals bringing in over £3million a year.
