JAKE PAUL SPLASHES OUT ON $40M RANCH FOLLOWING ANTHONY JOSHUA KO

Jake Paul may have brutally lost to Anthony Joshua, but a mammoth payday certainly softened the blow.

Weeks after suffering a knockout defeat in Miami, Paul has revealed he has purchased a sprawling $40 million compound in Georgia, turning his latest boxing chapter into a real-estate flex.

The influencer-turned-boxer bought the property, known as Southlands Plantation, in mid-2025 using earnings from his recent run of crossover fights. That included his lucrative bout with Joshua, which ended his title ambitions but not his bank balance.

Jake Paul’s new Georgia ranch

The estate covers nearly 6,000 acres, making it one of the largest private properties in the state. Paul described it as “half the size of Manhattan,” a line that quickly did the rounds online.

The scale is hard to miss. A three-mile private driveway leads into the property, which features multiple lodges, guest houses and barns scattered across the land.

There is a two-mile ATV track carved through the grounds, alongside a 20-acre lake used for jet skiing. Hunting areas and wildlife habitats run throughout the estate, with a dedicated duck-hunting pond also on site.

Paul has also installed an outdoor boxing ring, which he uses as a training base away from public gyms and cameras. A private shooting range sits nearby.

Training base, not retreat

Despite the timing, Paul has framed the purchase as part of his ongoing boxing journey rather than a post-fight escape.

He has already shared clips of training sessions on the property, presenting the ranch as both a playground and a serious preparation hub. The location gives him privacy, space and full control over his setup.

Future plans include adding an airstrip to allow private plane access, along with a racetrack. Paul has described the estate as a long-term project rather than a finished product.

Paul’s loss to Joshua shattered the illusion of a smooth path through elite heavyweight boxing. Plus, the internet enjoyed watching his jaw get shattered.

But we’re pretty sure most people would trade a broken bone for tens of millions of dollars.

Paul was already wealthy before stepping into the ring, but his boxing career has accelerated that trajectory.

The Georgia purchase ranks among the most expensive rural real-estate deals in the area.
