WNBA STAR LEXIE HULL SHOCKS FANS WITH ‘INSANE’ BLACK EYES AFTER NASTY COLLISION WITH RIVAL

Indiana Fever star Lexie Hull has stunned her fans by revealing two black eyes on the back of a brutal clash during Tuesday’s game.

Fever powered to an impressive 95-75 victory over Seattle Storm, but it was Hull’s collision which caught all the headlines.

The Fever guard literally put her body on the line for her team as she came into solid contact with rival Gabby Williams during the first quarter.

The collision took place just minutes into the game during a battle for the ball.

Storm guard Skylar Diggins lost control of the ball and Hull attempted to dive in and scoop possession.

Williams clearly had the same plan of attack, launching herself in the direction of the ball, but coming into head-first contact with Hull instead.

Both women were immediately sent to be assessed for head injuries. Luckily for the injury-hit Fever, Hull was deemed able to re-enter the match and returned to a standing ovation.

Hull revealed the extent of the damage in a TikTok video, giving her followers a shock peak at her injuries.

“Funny you should ask that, because it’s not doing great,” Hull said in the video when removing her sunglasses. “I wish this was a filter, but this is insane.

“The knot is gone. Instead, I just have two black eyes. So, yeah, this is me!”

Despite the obvious injuries, Hull was not listed on the Fever’s injury report for their clash against the Los Angeles Sparks on Friday night.

The Fever have struggled with injuries this season, with superstar Caitlin Clark missing 17 consecutive games and Sophie Cunningham being out for the rest of the season.
