Celebrity sports fans are very good at jumping on the bandwagon when their team is marching through the playoffs or are on the verge of an NBA title.
But where are they when it comes to a mid-season Tuesday night match in Denver?
Let’s give them a break, as most are incredibly busy and they won’t have much time to clock up the 82 games in a regular season.
It’s a surprisingly tricky list to pull together as many celebs will appear at numerous different courtsides throughout the season, just to keep their faces in the limelight, but we’ve still manage to picked out the best and biggest celebrity superfans of all 32 NBA teams.
Here we’ve tried our best to sort the genuine fans from the glory seekers.
Atlanta Hawks – Migos
The former hip hop trio consisting of Takeoff, who passed away in 2022, Offset and Quavo – who is one of the best celebrity players – are avid fans of the Hawks and often mention their hometown of Atlanta in their music.
The Hawks have returned the love by creating an annual party in honor of the lead singer, calling it Quavo Night.

Boston Celtics – John Krasinski
Star of The Office and A Quiet Place, Krasinski is a huge sports fan in general and loves all things Boston.
He often appears on TV to discuss the progress of the Celts.

Charlotte Hornets – J. Cole
Rap superstar and Charlotte Hornets superfan Jermaine Cole, like Quavo, is a terrific basketball player and actually represented the Rwanda Patriots in 2021.

The 44th President of the United States is a huge sports fan and has previously spoken about owning an NBA franchise.

Born in Indianapolis, Letterman referenced the Pacers numerous times during his 42-year career as a talk show host.

Minnesota Timberwolves – Craig Kilborn
One of the hardest teams to find a superfan for, former talkshow host Craig Kilburn is a huge Timberwolves fan and even trained with the team during summer practice in 2003.
