LA LAKERS STAR LEBRON JAMES REVEALS NEW ADDICTION – ‘I’M SORRY’

NBA star LeBron James has posted a social media video detailing his new “addiction” in which he stated “I’m sorry” and showed himself performing the activity.

LA Lakers star LeBron is about to enter his 23rd season in the NBA, and he’s still one of the very best players in the league. But with months of the offseason with no basketball, the icon has found himself a new hobby.

He recently posted a video on his Instagram from the golf course, in the rain, in which he stated: “Addicted, I’m sorry. I know, yeah, that’s it. Rain and everything.”

LeBron joins some big names in the NBA who spend their down time playing golf, with Steph Curry the main man. Varying reports suggest Curry’s handicap is somewhere around the +1 mark.

When LeBron first showed his interest in the sport with a video online, his swing had some critics, with Curry even trolling him.

The Golden State Warriors star said: “Rookie hazing. He got his first few swings out there. I talked to him last week and he told me how much fun he had. You know, there’s something to work with that swing, though.

“That’s kind of what I was going for. He’s got good bones and a good foundation, and if he spends a little bit of time practicing, a little bit of coaching, he’s got potential for sure. So, I’m excited to see it.”

As a 6ft9in man, LeBron was unlikely to have a perfect swing from the off, but if a good golfer like Curry sees potential there, it seems the LA Lakers star could turn himself into a good player.

It could be just the latest sport LeBron has to conquer, as one of the greatest basketball players ever, and a man who it’s widely believed would have made it in the NFL had he not chosen an NBA career.
