Former kickboxer and social media influencer Andrew Tate is close to agreeing a boxing bout with former UFC star Darren Till.
Tate has been linked with Misfits Boxing for some time, with speculation increasing following Till’s recent call outs.
The former UFC fighter has been making waves in crossover boxing, winning all three of his bouts under the Misfits banner.
Since the start of this year, Till has beaten Anthony Taylor, Darren Stewart, and most recently, Luke Rockhold.
The 32-year-old flattened his last opponent in the third round, picking up the inaugural briderweight championship along the way.
Till struggling to find opponents
Till, who was originally meant to kick off his foray into influencer boxing with a fight against Tommy Fury, has been struggling to find opponents.
After making quick work of Rockhold two weeks ago, Till called out former world champion Carl Froch. However, that fight does not appear on the cards at this moment.
When speaking to Ariel Helwani, Till sensationally revealed that Tate could be the next name on his list.
“I’d say Andrew Tate more than likely,” he said. “Then Carl, Tommy [Fury], [Mike] Perry and [Jorge] Masvidal… nothing to say.

“Tommy Fury is moaning to his father how tough life is. He has way more money than me. He is probably better looking than me. He has his wife. His brother is a world champion. He’s got a big mansion. What are you moaning about you f*****g stiff dope of a man.”
When pressed on the links with Tate, the former UFC title contender opened up on the possible number of rounds.
“I asked Luke and his team for eight, and I could only get six,” he added. “I don’t think Andrew could do eight with me, so maybe six.”
Tate responds to Till on X
Till called out a lot of his potential opponents in a post on X, with Tate being one of the few to respond.
The former UFC man argued that Tate does not want the fight, and that he may need a few warm up bouts anyway.
The social media star hit back, saying: “I’ve got a lot of experience in beating up scousers I smashed two of them to pieces in Playground on New Year’s Eve 2017…”
Helwani continued to push Till on the details behind a potential fight with Tate.

The Gorilla said: “I think all parties do [want to make the fight happen].
“Andrew Tate is definitely interested, otherwise he wouldn’t have tweeted me back. Misfits are interested, my management is interested.
“It’s looking like a fight that’s going to be made before the end of the year in a great location.
“He, in my eyes, probably one of the most famous people on the planet. Certainly the most Googled. Well bigger name than Jake Paul.
“For me it’s huge. It’s money changing, it’s life changing. You fight Andrew Tate, you don’t have to think about working again.
“Obviously the money is tasty for him as well. I’d say at the moment, I would say its a 75 percent made fight from what I’m hearing.”
