Terence Crawford appears to be in unbelievable shape ahead of his much-anticipated bout with Canelo Alvarez.
The American has stepped up in weight to challenge for the undisputed super-middleweight titles on September 13 in Las Vegas.
The Netflix-streamed boxing extravaganza marks Dana White’s first serious foray into the sport. In fact, the entire project has also been overlooked by Saudi Arabia’s Turki Al-Sheikh.
Crawford will be looking to become just the third man to defeat Canelo Alvarez, joining an elite club which currently consists of Floyd Mayweather and Dmitry Bivol.
The 37-year-old has dominated the welterweight division for years, winning his first world title at the weight class back in 2014. He has since defeated the likes of Ricky Burns, Amir Khan and Shawn Porter.
Crawford retained his welterweight titles with a ninth round TKO victory over Errol Spence Jr. in the summer of 2023. He has since moved up to light-middleweight, and defeated Israil Madrimov to claim WBA and WBO titles.
Another big step up awaits Crawford, though the super-middleweight limit does not appear to have fazed the American.

Just days out from the fight, Crawford posted a picture of himself looking absolutely shredded.
Despite being out of the ring, the undefeated boxer does not appear to have lost a step. In fact, he looks like he has put on a serious amount of muscle.
One fan commented under the photo: “Canelo in trouble.”
Another claimed that Crawford looks ‘terrifying’ ahead of his fight.
Canelo, who defeated William Scull in his last outing, has tasted championship gold from 154lbs all the way up to 175lbs.
Since losing to Bivol in early 2022, Canelo has been on a six-fight winning run – all of which have come by unanimous decision.
With a big weight advantage on his side, the Mexican great will be hoping to secure his 40th career knockout.
